One-hour minimum. Appropriate for personal records, insurance needs and other assignments requiring written identification and valuation.

Estate, Trust & Probate Appraisals — $175 Per Hour

Two-hour minimum. Designed for estates, trusts, probate matters, date-of-death valuations and other professional assignments requiring more extensive research, documentation and reporting.

On-Site Estate & Collection Appraisals — $225 Per Hour

Three-hour minimum. Available throughout the Las Vegas Valley for qualifying collections evaluated at residences, attorney offices, professional offices and other approved locations.

Appraisal time may include inspection, identification, cataloging, research, photography when appropriate, valuation analysis, documentation and report preparation. Larger or unusually complex assignments may be quoted on a project basis.

All professional appraisal fees and the scope of work are agreed upon before the appraisal begins.
